It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility for their application

We do not provide installation, system design, or engineering services.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Customs delays
Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If verified, we may provide a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.
