At KnappRO Chicago, we stand behind the quality of our RO membranes and water filtration products. However, due to the specialized technical nature of these items, we have a limited return policy.

All Sales Are Final Most orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once placed and shipped. Please review product specifications, sizes, and compatibility carefully before ordering.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items) If you receive:

• The wrong item, or
• An item damaged during shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@knapprochicago.com. Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue promptly. If verified, we will arrange a replacement (or refund at our discretion).

Return Process (when approved)

• All returns must be authorized in advance.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging.
