At KnappRO Chicago, all sales are final. Due to the specialized and technical nature of our water filtration products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason

• We do not offer refunds for ordered, shipped, or delivered products

• Please review product specifications carefully before placing your order

Order Accuracy & Damaged Items

If you receive:

• The wrong item, or

• An item that is damaged during shipping

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: sales@knapprochicago.com

Include:

• Order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not provided.
