Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
• Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We use reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (not guaranteed — carrier delays can occur).

International Shipping Available to select countries.

• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
• Delivery times typically 7–21 days (varies by country and customs).

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages We work hard to get your order to you quickly. If you experience a delay or issue, please contact us — we’ll help coordinate with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your package upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if there’s damage or an issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
